Thanksgiving Feast

This year my workplace gave me a FREE TURKEY just for being an employee. And since we aren't hosting Thanksgiving at our house this year, I decided to have some friends over for a Pre-Thanksgiving-Day Feast. We made Turkey and Ham and fresh Dinner Rolls, and then everyone else brought a favorite dish to share. It was VERY informal, but we had fun hanging out and eating good food. And there were 3 separate GREEN BEAN dishes, all of which were completely consumed. ha! I love Thanksgiving.

I decorated with white lights and Thanksgiving bunting from last year's event. The kids had their own table and spent most of their time running around the yard, playing in the leaves, and lounging in the hammock. It was a really fun party and I think we'll have to do it again next year (if not again before Christmas?).

In other news, I am now 28 weeks along in this pregnancy! I had to take the glucose test today, which was AWFUL just like last time, but now it's over. Hopefully I get some good results back. And I've officially gained 20 pounds since I started this pregnancy 6 months ago. Ugh.

On that note, how about some more leftover Pumpkin Pie? Um, yes please!

What a fun party!! I love the decorations. How cool is it that you can use your amazing graphic design skills to decorate with sidewalk chalk?? I love the little girls in their tiaras :) And... by the way... your new family pictures are absolutely adorable. And you look amazing!! I'm not far behind you in the weight gainage department, and I'm delivering 10 weeks later than you. I understand the "ugh" feeling you're experiencing these days. But anywho, we're going to take some great pregnant sisters pictures at Christmas time! Can't wait!
