Yesterday we met up with our friends at the NewSong Pumpkin Patch in Prairieville. It was super chilly, but we bundled up and had fun exploring the place. Halle had fun transporting the baby pumpkins from one palette to another, over and over. But then she felt like she owned the baby pumpkins and wouldn't let her friend Drew near them. I felt bad cuz she kept pushing him away any time he approached her stockpile. No amount of "nice-coaching" kept her from pushing him away. I chalk it up to an afternoon without a nap though, because they're usually good friends.
After awhile, we walked through the big field toward some tall grass, because, well, I just couldn't pass up the opportunity for some more good pictures. I'm kind of a photo-addict when a great location pops up.
I can't say no.
And then we ended the day with some delicious peppermint hot chocolate. Yum.
I love Autumn.
